Rooms:

Check out time is before 11 am.

Guests are expected to be honest concerning damage and breakages.

Quiet hours are from 9pm till 9am

Prostitution, or any other activities prohibited by the law ,are not allowed.

The owners can terminate your stay without any reason or recourse.

You are not allowed to have extra unregistered guests in your room on a permanent basis. This is also a rule of the Dutch Tourist Police.

For security reasons, please pay extra attention to:

* people who ring your doorbell.
* people, when you give them access to the building.
*when you leave the building, be sure the front door is closed ,secured and locked.

We are located in a residential street, so take silence in consideration when you leave or enter the building.
